Position Description

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: Monday 8 AM -Thursday 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best-practice guidelines
  • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
  • Prescribe medications and perform procedures within the scope of practice
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management
  • Integrate nutraceuticals as part of a holistic care plan when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
  • Minimum of 1 year NP experience is required
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about nutraceuticals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
